  The service at this place was very good and it was fast. Chicken was a little small just not their fault. Atmosphere was nice and clean and not too busy. This is one of the better Wing Stops in Jacksonville to be honest.

  I was in the neighborhood because my Dog has been very sick and my vets office is a few doors down from this location. To say the past month has been difficult would be a consideribe understatement. However, First Coast Vets Affordable Animal Hospital has been amazing and they are getting 5 stars as well lol. With that said, I had my hungry, grouchy tween helping me with getting our dog to these appointments and he was in a rare grump mood this day. I couldn't get far in search of food because of the dog so I landed in this Wing Stop. I just had to share the experience because it was a breath of fresh air that could not have come at a better time. My cashier was Miyah. She got me on the right track on how to order since I rarely eat out and I had never been to a wing stop before lol. She was all smiles and pretty patient explaining the way to put it together that made the most sense and was not bothered by my wackadoo energy and lack of focus. She was patient and helpful with a smile that seemed genuine. It was just a nice experience and She probably deserves a raise for holding my hand through a lunch order for my kid lol. Class act Miss Miyah 😁

  Food is always fresh when I pick up my food some of the best workers ik they are always nice when I come in

  We waited about 2 minutes before being verbally acknowledged. One employee on her phone. The other two just blankly stared at us. Male employee short changed me then said there was no way to open the register back up. But when a guy walked in for change for the bus the register magically opened without a purchase. Drink machine was out of half the flavors and ice. Tea urn was empty. There is no garbage can. Amd be prepared to share one roll of paper towels with everyone. There are no napkins. Fries sat on the counter getting cold after being over cooked. Chicken Sandwich was burnt with no pickles and no lemon pepper. Just a plain, burnt, dry piece of chicken on bread. Wings were ALL DRUMS, over cooked and under seasoned accept for the mild flavor. They were floating in slightly orange liquid and an oil that had separated. I asked if we could please get a Bleu cheese swapped for one of the ranch cups. The guy said he didnt know he would have to ask. He never asked. Instead he leaned on the counter on his phone because according to the stank faced manager, "He musta forgot." Employes are handling food AND money without washing hands or wearing gloves. They didnt forget their street clothes hoodies and ear buds though. Personal Drink cups just hanging out on the station where the tea is supposed to be made. Another customer asked why there was no ice. The reply, "Hey I just work here." This place is a dump. Two other customers complained loudly while we waited. One asked for a manager and was told there wasnt one!
