    Incredible customer service! One agent, I believe her name is Kayla, went above and beyond with her help. Long story, but short version is it was a Sunday and she was very nice to us. We will be using this store exclusively in the future.

    I'm lousy with the whole tech thing but every time I've had to go to the shop these people provide the best customer service I've ever dealt with. And I've lived all over the country. What a blessing to have them!

    Lila was so friendly and helpful. I came in with a couple laptops and she helped me choose the best packaging and cheapest/best option. 10/10 would recommend.

    Since Kayla, Max and the present team members have been at the Inverness, Fl store the customer service is exceptional and without flaw. I encourage anyone who has to return or ship out packages to visit this store to experience the same experience.
