  Ordered chicken bacon ranch sub toasted and the bacon was raw and lacked chicken…could hardly see it. I took apart the whole sub and put the chicken on half and there still wasn’t much…the chicken was also cold…not sure if it was even toasted…pray I don’t get sick from eating 1/4 of it. Never again. Tried calling twice and no answer

  April is the best! I visit this subway about every other month. Food is always tasteful Usually the service is akright. Until I had an experience with April. She was so professional . Had things tidy and clean!! Her personable manner and hospitality was fantastic! Plus the food was great . I will definitely be coming here more frequently! If I could I would give a certified 10 on service.

  April made my son’s and my subs tonight, which were delicious! She was very friendly and we enjoyed the time we were there.

  I have not had Subway in what seems like forever and today I went in this Subway in downtown Inverness with my mother because we had the coupon they send you in the mail. The girl that was working there, her name is Holly, and she was alone when we arrived, I mean she was the only one working, helping a gentleman she was making his sandwich, on top of a huge online order as well, and she was handling it all so efficiently. She was kind and fast, she did not ignore us, she acknowledged us and thanked us for our patience. She was just making all these Subs so incredibly well and so fast and I was really impressed with her customer service. A short time later her co-worker arrived, his name is Sabine? ( not sure if I spelled that right but I think that was it) he was so nice also and he immediately jumped into help her and start assisting with orders. I had to leave this review because the two of them were so kind, attentive, efficiant and they made our sandwiches perfectly. This is what every customer wants when they go into an establishment, hoping for good customer service and a quality product, a clean environment and a friendly face. Thank you very much to Holly and Sabine for both your help today and for making us an amazing sandwich, just how we wanted it and that we thoroughly enjoyed.

  Went in for as salad as I always do, I noticed the lettuce was brown so I asked if they had more lettuce, they said they did not, I feel like if I'm spending $14 on a salad because I get extra chicken in it that I shouldn't have to eat brown lettuce. The girl working there even agreed with me but the boy said no they didn't have anymore. This is the second time this has happened. I really enjoy eating Subway salads but I'm not going to eat brown lettuce.
