  Is the worst insurance I've ever had I still cannot log on to the website after hours and hours and several phone calls of troubleshooting or customer service. The reason being my husband passed away in a car accident and we had the same policy I took over his phone number and the policy was in Ohio I moved to Florida. They never did fix it Not only that but all state has charged me twice and my insurance is already sky high from both my husband's accident God rest of soul and mine. It took them over two weeks to put the money back in my account which they took out mistakenly and caused me hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees. I will absolutely never go with all state ever again and I don't recommend them to anyone I was not in good hands whatsoever.

  We needed insurance to park our new canoe in behind the canal behind our house. It seems this was a first for our agent, but they dug in and quickly had us insured. Great job.

  Been doing business with these folks since 1997. Friendly, helpful and informative. Even when the main office/company changes things these agents have been very good at making sure I'm happy. 2025 update. They listened to our concerns and questions and when the answer wasn't immediately available agent said she'd get back to us ... and actually did find the answer and replied as we discussed & within 24 hours if I remember correctly. I'm sure I could get cheaper rates but I like to be able to talk to a real person face to face at times. I feel like this agency does take the time for its people. If that changes then I'll reevaluate things
