  I had to ship a very fragile statue that they wrapped perfectly and it got to my house in wonderful condition. I’d had a quote from UPS for $500 and FedEx did it for $150. Sam was so helpful & friendly. I highly recommend

  I was told they would not accept shipping batteries here so I went to the Dollar General FedEx drop site and they accepted the package. How is it that when you ship through FedEx you can’t drop off at FedEx but you can at Dollar General it doesn’t make any sense. It’s probably some corporate nonsense, but either way it’s BS.

  Absolutely the friendliest, and professional, staff. Donna (Manager) went significantly out of her way to help with a unique shipment. Even called tech support to make sure all would be handled appropriately. Highest recommendations - FedEx should be proud.

  I was trying to print out my resume for my job and when I wasn’t able to use the self print the customer service agent wouldn’t help me she told me to send it to their email so I did but as I was doing that she took another customer an completely ignored me I was not able to do what I came there for 0/10 service
