  Jay turned what was a challenging experience into a pleasant one this morning. I arrived juggling a cane and a number of Amazon items to return. Some of the return QR codes were fuzzy. Jay was a terrific help and we were able to complete the returns. It’s not the first time he and others have helped me. I love the place and all their services.

  Great guys! Got a quote for an overnight and it was $250 (gulp) though a local pack and ship (through FedEx) and it was $109 through UPS! Can’t say enough about Chris and Alex! Great team - cool guys - you’ll be happy you chose them!!

  This is the most helpful UPS store that I have ever been to. Jay is the absolute best and always so helpful; along with all the employees that I have interacted with. I always have complicated shipping situations with my job and they are ALWAYS able to accommodate and help me out. This is now the ONLY place I ship from!!!!!

  After missing a UPS delivery that showed up hours earlier than scheduled, we called the UPS help number multiple times and got nowhere. We went to our local UPS Store and Jay was able to help us immediately. Within 5–10 minutes, he contacted the local delivery hub and got our package rerouted to a time when we’d actually be home. Super helpful, professional, and efficient. Really appreciate Jay going above and beyond to fix a frustrating situation.
