  I had such a positive experience with Michael at Advance Auto Parts and wanted to make sure he received recognition. From the moment I came in, they were patient, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen, understand what I needed, and make sure everything was handled properly without making the experience feel rushed or frustrating. What stood out most was the way they treated me throughout the entire interaction; with courtesy, competence, and a real willingness to help. It is becoming increasingly rare to encounter customer service that feels both efficient and genuinely human, but that is exactly what I experienced here. Michael and Michael were knowledgeable, kind, and solution oriented, and they made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. I really appreciated the level of care they showed and the way they represented the store. Good customer service deserves to be acknowledged, and these two absolutely earned it. I left feeling very well taken care of and would gladly return to this location because of the experience they provided. Thank you, Michael, for being so helpful and professional.   Rogan was kind enough to help help me remove a burnt out bulb from my tag so I could replace it with a new bulb. After several attempts by myself in significant other, I returned to the store and Brogan took his time to remove the bulb and replace the new new one! thank you Brogan.
