  Have delt with Niki Jones - Allstate Insurance for many years. Sometimes I may have took an alternate path for coverage but in all cases, I came back, they do the best in the long run!!

  Niki and Jennifer at Niki Jones Allstate took great care of my family. They reviewed our existing policy, cleaned it up, and found real savings without cutting corners on coverage. What stood out most was how they did it: professional, warm, and genuinely focused on what our family actually needed, not just selling us something new. Highly recommend this team if you want an agent who treats you like a person and not a policy number. I truly feel like family when I walk in their doors ❤️
