  I went into cricket not knowing how to start up a line. I was greted by a young lady named Katy she was very informative she was actually helpful and helped me get the best deal. For being my first time she made my experience a non forgettable moment. I wanted to say thank you Katy and if anyone is looking for a phone she is the one to go for.

  A few weeks ago I went to cricket and Katy Soto attend me. Katy was quick to knowledge I was there and greeted me right away. She has excellent customer service skills. She was super patient and answered all of my questions about the iPhone 11. If you go to cricket has for Katy!

  I went to Cricket recently to pay my phone bill, and this girl Katy was so helpful! She asked me what else did I need and if I was interested in anything else, but was so polite about it. I love it, I will always ask for Katy when going to pay for my phone bill or other needs there at Cricket!
