  As i was waiting to order it appeared to me that one of the employees was stomping on something on the floor, i didn't think anything of it until while i was ordering i saw a massive roach crawling up the wall of the subway. I was scared to even eat my sandwich.

  As I was waiting to order my sandwich I heard a strong voice repromanding an employee. At first I thought he (the manager) was just telling a story or something, but then I realized he was disciplining an employee in front of anyone that could hear it, including customers. Not only did the young girl look embarrassed, she was holding back tears and trying to continue to work afterward. Unacceptable! Mr. Manager, if you need to discipline an employee, the front counter is not the place for it! Be professional and take them behind closed doors and WRITE THEM UP RATHER THAN BELITTLE THEM.
