  Bought a battery with my debit card yesterday 9/4/2026, brought it back today, they said they could not give us our money back that we would have to talk to the manager on Tuesday after Labor Day and no guarantees that we will get our money back. It was the wrong battery, we had to buy another one of course from somewhere else. The employee was very rude and obnoxious don't ever go to advanced Auto especially one on 52 near Little road. Rip off. Thank you for the quick response. We took the battery back to a different store and got great service, the manager treated us very respectfully looked everything over and saw no problem. We were in and out of that store in no time. This store I would recommend to anybody. The store is on US 19 by spring Hill drive. The only disappointment is their policy on debit card refunds, they say it could take up to 10 days. But it came out of my account the same moment I placed the order. That's my only disappointment otherwise would recommend the store on US 19 near spring Hill drive.

  Battery 4 days out of warranty. FOUR DAYS. No help from Advance. No wiggle room. Cashier just laughed as she found it very funny. I'm done with Advanced. Seems they have built-in defaults for warranties, eh?

  My mom is 89 years old and they would not help her with her ac as they indicated they r not allowed to help as it is a liability...blah blah blah. However, Palm Harbor has helped her with charging her ac and freon last year and luckily hasn't needed it since. Its a whole different world at this location. 4 employees today had nothing to do but stand around as their were no customers there. No decency or respect for our elders. Shame on the men today at that location. On our way back to Palm Harbor

  I needed a specific brand part for my 2019 Honda RTL Ridgeline pickup truck, and couldn't find it online. I called Advance Auto Parts, and not only did they have my parts, but Helen C. actually installed them for me. Kudos Helen C. You have a new loyal customer.

  Super nice staff! Very patient and extremely helpful!! I didn't even know what I was looking for, described it in a few simple words and they said "Engine coil connectors...Would you like them with or without pig tails?" Sure enough they were right. And they were 1/4th the price I thought they would be!
