  Store isn't answering phone calls. Answering machine says no message service available and no one to speak to. Can't get any questions answered. How are you supposed to know what you need if you can't speak to someone

  'Carl' the manager at this Homosassa UPS store location was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and most certainly patient during my visit today. He went above & beyond by taking his time to guide me through the process of getting my shipping label printed out so I could have my package(s) shipped to the right place. (Another thing I thought was very helpful was that Carl had placed an 'explosive label' on the box just in case because there was a battery device in the packaging that was being shipped. He wanted to make sure that my package was going to be safe and secure during its route.) I recommend this location for its customer service, cleanliness, store appearance and kind staff!
