Ashley is the rudest person I met, definitely doesn't want to do her job. Acts like when you go in an order a sub that you I are an inconvenience. Do better Ashley!

Walked in to order a sub yesterday around 5:15ish. One customer in front of me. Who knows how long he was there waiting for them to take his order. I was greeted by asking am I from door dash and I said no. I walked over to the order here sign and stood there for 10 minutes. My Order was not taken so I figured they were working on the customer's order who was standing there before I came in. Nope, his order wasn't taken either. In the meantime, door dash walked in and they said they were working on his orders. There were two employees working the counter and not one of them could take our orders. I finally walked out after I realized they haven't taken the customer's order before me. If I was standing there for 10 minutes who knows how long, he was standing there? No wonder Subway is not as popular as it used to be with service to their walk in customers being put on the back burner. Don't know why one couldn't have worked on our orders while the other worked on the online orders?????????
