  Place sucks. Always busy and when you have a long like of customers you shouldn't have 2 employees in the back doing busy work and not helping.

  I have 2 issues with this location. Besides that, their service is good. The first one is that I typically ship items. I sell on eBay in home. Depot boxes, which are pretty strong. If you tape them up correctly when I got there this morning, they told me, I could not ship in a Home Depot box because they fall apart very easily. Even though there's no signage or anything about home depot boxes on the store. I was forced to buy one of their boxes slightly bigger for 9 dollars, which is insane.When it's just for a cardboard box The other issue is that I can't use my ups account with them.Apparently because it's a franchise. As a store, I suggest you use judgment instead of just completely excluding certain boxes. Inspect a box and see if it's wrapped up properly.Which mine totally was I've never had those 2 issues in any other location. But besides that, the other services at the store and amazon returns are not an issue
