  VERY DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE AT THE UPS AT THIS LOCATION 3020NE 41 ST TERR HOMESTEAD FL33033 THE CUSTO.ER VERY POOR AND UNHELPFULL AMAZON RETURN INSTRUCTION CLEARLY MADE IT SEEN THAT RETURN NOT NEED A BOX AND THEY CHARGE ME A BOX 24 DOLLAR VERY DISSAPOINTING. IT ISFRUSTANTING WHEN THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ONLINE DOES NOT MATCH .I EXPECT MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS LOCATION BEED SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT .

  I had a great experience at The UPS Store! I originally went in for shipping, but also ended up using their notary services, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The staff was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable—they made the entire process quick and stress-free. I also appreciate how convenient it is to have both shipping and notary services in one place. It really saved me time. The store was clean, organized, and well-run. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable service.

  Not a real UPS store. This is a franchise location where they don’t accept UPS accounts to ship.
