  After driving on a battery for nearly eight years, I finally hit a noticeable hiccup and needed a replacement. I was quoted some pretty steep prices elsewhere, and a few gentlemen at the base recommended I check out this shop instead. I called ahead with plenty of questions, and the staff was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful from the start. By the time I arrived, it was pouring rain. Despite the weather, they safely got my car positioned and completed a seamless battery replacement in less than 20 minutes. I really wish I had taken a photo for this review because the two gentlemen who helped me were working hard in miserable weather to get me back on the road. Unfortunately, I completely forgot their names, but I wanted to make sure their excellent service was recognized. Thank you all for your professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help, even in the middle of a downpour. You've earned a loyal customer! 🌧️🔋👏

  visited this location on Friday, May 8th, between 11:30 AM and 12:15 PM, and I felt compelled to share my experience regarding the exceptional service I received from a young man with dark hair working the counter. As a professional manager myself, I recognize high-level talent when I see it. This young man demonstrated a level of poise, patience, and technical professionalism that is rare to find. He navigated my needs efficiently and maintained a helpful, calm demeanor even while a female manager on duty—who was unfortunately quite rude and unprofessional—created a difficult atmosphere. It is disheartening to see such a dedicated employee working under leadership that doesn’t reflect the same standards of customer service. To the corporate team: you have a "diamond in the rough" at this Homestead branch. This young man possesses natural management qualities and should be recognized, mentored, and retained. Employees of this caliber are the backbone of a successful business, and I would hire him for my own team in a heartbeat. Thank you to this gentleman for making my visit a positive one. I hope the company recognizes his hard work and potential for growth.
