    Nicholas Vallejo provided an exception experience from beginning to end.He was professional,knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure all of my questions were answered.Unfortunately, his supervisor was disrespectful and offensive to the me.Instead of helping when the line was long, he would go to the back, meanwhile Nicholas was attending to all including me. I observed this repeated behavior. In contrast, Nicholas demonstrated exactly what quality customer service should look like. I hope his supervisor take notice of Nicholas’s professional conduct and learn from his example of how customers should be treated with Respect, Courtesy and Care!!

    Crazy expensive. No more 20cent black and white copies. It costs a few dollars to printout 2 pages. No more if my business goes to ups
