  Annabelle is absolutely fantastic! I’ve visited the store a couple of times now and have always received excellent service from her. On my last visit, I needed around 60 pages printed, some mailing assistance and passport photos, and she handled everything quickly, neatly and professionally. She’s friendly, helpful and clearly cares about providing good customer service. Really impressed and very grateful for her help!

  Staff was so friendly, patient, and helpful with my shipping & return needs. So grateful for them and appreciate that this location is open until 7pm on weekdays

  Very bad experience. There were four women, and all four of them were terrible. When you point out that they are doing something incorrectly, instead of listening and trying to fix the issue, they respond rudely. They clearly do not know how to communicate with customers or provide proper customer service. They seem to think they can do whatever they want, and in the end, the customer is the one who suffers because the package will not be shipped as it should be. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this service. It’s the correct store, and those were the employees who were working there at the time. That was my experience.

  VERY RUDE STAFF. Three clerks - not a single smile, greeting, make you feel glad you brought your business here, between them. Just awful. If they don’t want to work, I am certain someone else will gladly take their job.

  Pésimo servicio con las personas que manejan esta oficina, pues desgraciadamente no encuentro el recibo de un envío de una documentación delicada y llamé varias veces desesperada para ver de qué forma podía dar con ese envío con la fecha delicada envío , hora , dirección de donde iba el sobre y lo que recibí fueron malos tratos de una persona diciéndome que yo ya había llamado 4 veces a esa oficina casi gritando y al final no tuve ninguna ayuda o una alternativa a poder saber qué pasó con un sobre que iba para USCIS, por favor si alguien sabe que se puede hacer ruego me escriban los pasos a seguir, gracias
