  Very nI had an excellent experience at the UPS Store thanks to the manager and the entire team. The manager went above and beyond to help me, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, and it really showed during my visit. The store was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. My shipment was processed quickly, and the whole experience was stress-free. I truly appreciate the time and effort the manager put into helping me.   Sells garbage packing tape. A store dedicated to packing supplies. Such garbage that I bothered to write this review out of frustration. Absolutely garbage. Don't bother buying supplies here.

  I’m really disappointed with my experience today at the The UPS Store. I waited about 20 minutes in line, not feeling well, only to be told when it was finally my turn that printing services were not available because the printer wasn’t working. There was only one employee working at the time (around 6:55 PM), which made the wait even longer. What’s frustrating is that there was no sign or notice letting customers know printing was unavailable. This could have saved me and others a lot of time and inconvenience. I understand that technical issues happen, but better communication—like placing a simple sign—would make a big difference.

  Hours of operation in store window says 8:30 a.m. opening time. Got there early and by 8:50 a.m. still nobody arrived with a line of people and others complaining this is normal for this store and others questioning whether the store is even still open for business. Called and no answer.

  Rating this place a 1 because the door says open on Sunday and they are not !. I called twice Friday to make sure that they open the young man who picked up the phone said yes they will be open from 11am-4pm I went to the store and it was closed . I burned gas for no reason. Just poor communication skills !
