I have placed a pick up order. When I tried to check on it, the subway assistant said she doesn't have a receipt and thus she won't prepare my order. Even after I have provided the order number and confirmed that I have been charged for it, she refused to do anything.
So they charged me money and didn't do their part of the bargain, how is this different from stealing ?!

I came into this establishment after ordering on the mobile app an hour ago. I gave it a little bit time because every time I come in here for a mobile order it is never ready. They always make the order when you arrive to the store, but it is called a mobile order for a reason. When I walked in, I was very polite with no attitude, and I was very respectful. I then asked for my order and asked if it was ready and I was told no. I told the gentleman That I ordered over an hour ago and it should have been ready a long time ago. He said he is the only one working and he did not have the time which an hour gives you more than enough time to have someone’s food ready. I did ask him for his name he told me, Alex. I told him thank you and didn’t say nothing else. He asked me if I was going to write a bad review, I stayed quiet. He then got very aggressive calling me a Karen. I have not disrespect him or called him out a name. For him to disrespect me in this manner is unacceptable. I pulled out my phone and started to record, and he still was being very rude and disrespectful. I need the manager to reach out Or the owner because this is not someone that they should want working in their establishment. I gave them a benefit of the doubt after seeing all the bad reviews, giving them a try. But after tonight, I will no longer Come back to this establishment.

I’ve been here a handful of times. There usually some issue. But last Tuesday took the cake. I sent my daughter in the get the sub of the day. They claimed they were all out then changed her $14 for a half subs, chips and a drink. Additionally the cashier took it upon her self to give herself a tip. I went back in to ask her about this and she flat out lied and said she didn’t. Sorry but my daughter did not add an additional gratuity. I will not be back. This place is a scam.

Exceptionnellement je me suis inscrit hier soir a subway pour des rabais ,commander en ligne , etc . Bref , 1heure plus tard je me suis desabonner car j'ai essayer de commander en ligne pendant une heure complète rendu au paiement tout disparaissait , il était rendu 9hpm , je suis aller me coucher , j'étais dans tout mes états ,je me suis dit (un vrai poisson d'avril) de Subway incroyable
