  DOES NOT OFFER DIRECT MAIL SERVICE. There should not be 3/4 employees assisting 1 person. All glass advertisement should be revised considering all the services have changed, what exactly do you have access too? Waisted my time.

  Everyone acts like their too busy to help literally took 20 minutes to print something. They are kind when you interact with them but it simply shouldn't take this long to print something.

  I was very disappointed with my experience at this FedEx Office. The level of customer service was far below what I expected. Communication was poor, and my concerns were not handled in a professional or timely manner. I rely on businesses like FedEx for dependable service, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve the quality of service for future customers.

  Hours online and posted on the door show opening at 0800. Arrived at 0830 to the doors locked and lights out, employee sitting in his car out front. Myself and four other patrons took our business to UPS five minutes away.
