Very accommodating and helpful staff. Jose was extremely helpful and patient this morning in helping me get documents printed and faxed.
I visited this FedEx location this morning to have a small order of business cards printed. I had done the exact same thing at another FedEx location the day before, where they printed them for me on the spot without any issue.
When I asked if my business cards could be printed while I waited, the employee immediately responded, “No, I cannot,” in a tone that came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. I explained that another location had accommodated the same request, and she responded that they were a larger store and “don’t do things like that.”
What bothered me most was not that my request couldn’t be accommodated—it was the lack of customer service and empathy. There was no effort to explain the process, acknowledge my concern, or offer an alternative solution. Instead, I was made to feel as though I should have known their policies and that my question was unreasonable.
As customers, we don’t always know the differences between locations, and a little kindness goes a long way. You never know what someone is dealing with before they walk through your doors. Unfortunately, the interaction felt cold, matter-of-fact, and unnecessarily rude.
The FedEx location I visited yesterday was larger than this one and provided excellent service, which made today’s experience even more disappointing. Based on this interaction alone, I would not choose to return to this location.
Kenan at FedEx provided outstanding customer service. He took the time to find the right box for my item and packed it professionally with great attention to detail.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Alex for providing exceptional customer service at FedEx.
I have been coming to this location for quite some time, and Alex consistently goes above and beyond. Not only was she incredibly helpful to me, but I also observed the way she interacted with other customers in the store. She is patient, kind, professional, and takes the time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand.
Her positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and genuine willingness to help made my experience truly pleasant. It is rare to find someone who treats every customer with such care and respect.

I would also like to recognize the lady with the short blonde afro hairstyle. I don’t remember her name, but she was equally wonderful—patient, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to explain everything clearly and make the entire experience smooth and easy.

This place is the worse place possible.
Managers and employee be behind the desk doing nothing and make costumers wait for over 10 minutes.
