  Came to this location and was really happy with the service that Ricky provided me. I send out a lot of packages so I’m hoping it’s consistent. But for my first visit I’m happy

  Had a very bad experience with a missing package which the employee insisted to have delivered to me, even with me begging him to look in the warehouse. Had to go to my room get all the boxes and envelopes and bring back to him to PROVE that I wasn't lying and they had made some mistake. At the end he ended up finding my lost package, that otherwise I would have left the place without. A few days later, another package missing only because the label was missing the first 3 letters of my first name. For the price they charge, the service is as bad as it could possibly be.

  To drop a package off at this location it's a $25 fee. Here you pay to ship, pay to drop off and pay to pick up. Nice job!!
