  The store is clean and organized the employees are helpful and some are somewhat knowledgeable. But the two things that keep me from giving it a better rating are... The prices and deceptive advertising. My most recent trip to Advance was to purchase oil and an oil filter. I looked online and found that they had a 5 quart jug of National brand Motor oil on clearance for under $20. So, despite my previous visits when I had responded to advertising only to be disappointed to find the products had all been sold, The masochist in me decided throw caution to the wind and make the trip over to the store to see if they actually had the product... I guess I am one of those people who continually repeat the same actions and expect different results. So yeah, I personally think that if something is advertised online it should actually exist. As of today I have never been able to locate an Advance auto sale item isn't that odd? Well, so much for truth in advertising. The only other thing that keeps me from giving Advance Auto Parts a better rating are their prices. Their parts prices are laughable. The only way I would ever consider paying such high prices is if my vehicle was totally disabled and I absolutely had to have it repaired immediately. Otherwise, I order everything from Amazon or Ebay and the price difference is astronomical. When I was replacing the plugs and ignition coils in my car advance wanted $96 for each ignition coil and the very cheapest spark plug they even sold was $4.50. So i was looking at just over $600 for the parts alone. Well I didn't want to put that much into the car so I decided to shop around. I ended up ordering the parts from Amazon and ended up paying $46 for all six ignition coils and spark plugs. I was skeptical at first and wondered how could they sell them so cheap. Well that was about 3 years ago and they're still running strong as ever. So now personally I don't care how they can sell them so cheap. I get them from amazon and save a ton of money. I haven't had an issue yet with any of the auto parts which I purchased from Amazon. Which unfortunately is more than I can say for the parts that I've purchased in the past from local auto parts stores. Adios brick and morter!

  I walked into the store this afternoon to the amazing and helpful, Ray! I appreciate all of her help, always. Shes so positive and professional and i pray that shes working each time i walk into that location. I had her walking back and forth in the same isle due to me forgetting i needed other thjngs but she wasnt annoyed or anytjing, actually made me laugh and was really nice! Shout out to Ray and she deserves a corporate, management position if shes not already!!

  I cannot thank Ms. Ray enough for saving my day! Before walking into Advance Auto, I was completely stressed out and livid. My mechanic had me running all over town looking for a specific air filter, and then had the nerve to demand a ridiculous amount of money just to come out and look at my car. I know absolutely nothing about cars, so I felt completely taken advantage of and frustrated.The moment I walked into Advance Auto, Ms. Ray completely turned my day around. She was incredibly patient and actually took the time to listen to my situation. Not only did she immediately find the exact air filter I needed, but she also went above and beyond by installing it for me right then and there for FREE!Her kindness, honesty, and amazing customer service mean the world to me. If you want helpful, trustworthy service, go see Ms. Ray. She is truly the best!

  I have been coming to this location for years now as I run a small car rental business. They’ve always done great work. This time was a bit different, I didn’t even need to purchase anything but I needed help relocating the dollar amount I spent on a transaction from over a month ago. Ray was amazing and patient with all of my questions, and the fact that she helped me out with something that didn’t even end in a new purchase shows me that she truly cares. Not only is her expertise in the field superlative, but her warm smile has always made me feel welcomed when I shop here!

  I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Ray yesterday, and her customer service was truly above and beyond. As a brand-new driver who doesn't have family or friends around to teach me about car maintenance, I was incredibly stressed when my battery needed to be replaced. Walking into a shop can be intimidating when you don't know anything about cars, but Ray completely changed that experience for me. Not only did she help me quickly change the battery, but she also took the extra time to patiently teach me how to do it myself next time. She walked me through every single step, explained what she was doing, and gave me the confidence I needed to handle it on my own in the future. Ray didn't just provide a service; she provided an education and immense peace of mind.
