Update: now when someone calls our cricket phone they often get a recording that tells them to enter their own phone number and password and it fails to ring through to us! Getting worse. We expected service that might not be top-notch due to the lower prices but their Motorola line of phones does not work well with their Network and constant problems of the phone telling us there is no network when it has displayed a usable signal. tells us to enable 2G network, which is really going backwards. call customer service and get put 18th in line regularly. took the phones back to the cricket office shortly after switching services, and didn't get great assistance. just waiting for one of the satellite companies or newcomers to shake things up again.
