  KEEP YOUR PAPERWORK!!! So apparently they purge records, including your warranty records, after two years. I bought a 3-year die hard battery and they’re refusing to honor the warranty without paperwork because it failed after they purged my records and after my paperwork has been lost. I can’t prove that I bought their battery in the last three years, I suppose. Not sure why they acknowledge it’s “one of ours” (it’s a die hard) but they won’t honor the warranty. The AAA guy told me it was a 2024 battery. That means that it’s NECESSARILY in the warranty period. Form over function. Corporate over customers. Sears never did this when they sold die hard. What a waste. I’ll buy elsewhere next time.
