  If you are shipping anything of value, make sure the folks working here don’t know what it is or ship it somewhere else. I shipped a cell phone trade in to T-mobile on August 1st at 1:36pm and the woman working recognized the packaging as a cell phone return and told me, “make sure you keep your receipt because phones can sometimes go missing.” I should have trusted my gut and took it back right then. Sure enough it has gone missing and I’m out the $830 for trade in value. The owner, George, must not know his business very well because he says the last scan is at 1:36pm on August 1st in Odessa at the hub. Well how can that be if I dropped it off at that exact time to his store on Saturday, August 1st. I was given the number to the hub and spoke with Darren and he confirmed the last scan was at the store where I dropped it off. Word to the wise, don’t ship your cell phone back to the carrier and I would definitely recommend you don’t do it here if you do. George is of no help and told me to file a claim but that will only get me $100 at most. He obviously doesn’t know his business very well but I am going to keep fighting to get the $830 this is going to cost me. See you soon George.

  went to this location today at 1:30 PM because I needed to print a document. I was assisted by a woman named Jennifer; she was extremely rude right from the moment she greeted me. When I asked for help, she rudely told me to go to the machine myself. I explained that my English was limited and asked for assistance, but she was incredibly rude and racist, telling me that it wasn't her problem if I didn't speak English. When I tried to show her Google Translate, she told me not to get close to her and said she didn't have to help me. People like Jennifer shouldn't be dealing with customers. Afterward, I spoke to another employee—if I recall correctly, his name was David—who was extremely helpful and kind. A super friendly person; Jennifer, on the other hand, shouldn't work there. En el día de hoy a las 1.30 fui a este sitio porque nesecita a imprimir un documento me atendió una mujer llamada Jennifer desde el saludó me atendió súper mal le pedí que si me podía ayudar y en forma bien grosera me dijo que me dirigiera a la máquina le pedí que mi inglés era pequeño que si me podía ayudar y súper grosera y rasista me dijo si no hablaba inglés no era su problema le fui a enseñar mi google transductor me dijo q no me asercara a ella y que ella no tenía que ayudarme personas como Jennifer no deberían atender a los clientes después me dirigí a otro trabajador que ayudo súper amable si mal no recuerdo su nombre es David una persona súper amable en cambio Jennifer no debería trabajar allí
