  I am submitting a complaint regarding an extremely rude and unprofessional experience at this location. I ordered a toasted turkey and cheese sandwich and asked for onions. The employee put three tiny pieces on my sandwich. When I politely asked for more, she added three more and rudely told me it was “store policy” that customers were only allowed three pieces of each vegetable. I have never encountered this at any Subway before. Her behavior was unnecessarily hostile and aggressive. She identified herself as the manager while simultaneously having a loud verbal altercation with another customer in the store. After I had already paid, she essentially threw my food onto the counter and continued arguing with the other customer. The entire interaction was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. I would like this escalated to the franchise owner or district representative, and I would also like clarification on whether this “three pieces of vegetables” policy actually exists.

  The last few times I have been in definitely kept me away for a while.. I went in today with my son. Jonelle (hope I spelled it right) was great! She has a wonderful personality and took the time to talk to my son about his recent adventure. Was very friendly. We will be back soon!

  Ordered 2 deli faves 3.99 each deluxe $1 each six inch …they charged me for a footlong $10.98, then $2 for deluxe, I order a chip aswell. Total was over $15…I could have got the sandwich I wanted and not the special for that price…when I brought it to there attention they didn’t under stand the problem despite me placing a clear order. I’ve ordered this many times before. Then I told them my time was worth more than the $2.00. I was righting the review was I was eating in store and notice the staff walking behind me looking at me leave the review passing by me twice said allow “huh”. Incompetent and unprofessional the blond appeared to be the manager.

  This place is straight trash down to the management of this place. Will never spend my money here or even step foot on the property ever again!!!! They allow their employees to cuss you out and defend them for doing it. Then you call to complain about the employee and they are okay with it and say she was defending herself. Well maybe if she didn't cuss at a customer first then she wouldn't have received it back. It's sad cause we used to come here all the time but I will definitely make the trip to Tarpon Springs to have Subway from now on.
