  Today, Jesus provided exceptional assistance, demonstrating remarkable patience and professionalism. While I acknowledge that I may have been demanding, it was not out of malice but due to the nature of my requests. Despite the challenges, Jesus remained attentive and dedicated, ensuring that my needs were met over the course of several hours. What stood out was his ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Even as other customers arrived, he handled their needs efficiently and with grace, despite encountering some individuals who were less than courteous. His composure and commitment to excellent service were truly commendable. I am deeply grateful for his efforts and believe his contributions deserve recognition. His bilingual skills further enhance his value as an employee, and I strongly advocate for him to receive a well-deserved raise.   I love my cricket service and wouldn't change it for anything, but I just wish they would have it to when you want to get a newer phone but have no money to get it right out. I wish they would have it to where you can make monthly payments for a new one just add it to your monthly phone service bill. And for some reason I'm having a hard time with my cricket app it want load keeps kicking me out of it every time I try to get to my phone service due date.please fix that issue thanks
