  The staff medium care , the management it seems that does not care about customer, they always creating an issue about most order, you could tell when you order to go & notice about it, it looks to me like they do not care about customer service

  Placed an order directly through wing stop’s website and my delivery was missing items. When I called to notify they stated there was nothing they can do. No item replacement or refund.

  They don't season the food. (Regular "seasoned" fries and lemon pepper wings)
