  I had a great experience at Wingstop. The portions were generous, and the food was well prepared. The blue cheese was absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with the wings. The service was good, and the staff was friendly. Overall, a very satisfying meal, and I would definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had a bad experience at Queens NY Pizza and placed my order at this location. I enter the restaurant and let me tell you. There was no complacent workers inside. I saw hard working individuals working at a pace that I haven’t seen before here in Florida. It’s tough to find good workers who have a passion for their job and the individuals at this location have that passion. I just want to show appreciation to Frank and the staff for being respectful, courteous and attentive to me while waiting for my order to be made. Food was great and on point. Will definitely be stopping by again. Thanks! 🙏🏽

  Called about 10 times not once did they answer the phone and they kept hanging it up on purpose .. I want to order pickup and pay cash and over the phone is the only Option but you guys don’t even want to answer ?

  We ordered in this branch via door dash delivery through their website for the first time and it was very disappointing. We did not enjoy the food because of the bad experience. We were excited to to try Wingstop because we dont have it in Calgary. Gustavo, the delivery man delivered less than half of what we ordered. I immediately called the Wingstop branch and staff said they cant do anything about the situation because it’s through doordash. Customer service in doordash said they can redeliver what we didnt get and cant do refund option. After more than an hour of finding ways to get out order, this Wingstop Haileah branch staff said, Gustavo left one of the bags of our orders in the reception. In the first place, when I first called them few minutes after noticing that our orders are incomplete they didnt mention that something was left in their counter. They delivered the missing orders but there was another missing item, the veggie sticks. Plus everything were cold. We spent more than $100 not enjoying the food because of the service. It was just a mess and we were so disappointed being a tourist wanting to try Wingstop. They need to check service and quality control if they want customers to come back.
