  We were running errands and were in the neighborhood of this UPS. Our first time here and all went well. We needed to do returns and the gentleman on duty was helpful and friendly with the process. There was no charge for this service. The store was well-stocked and orderly. Parking was plentiful near the store. Easy no-steps entry into store.

  This shopping store / company is the worse company ever; the customer service is terrible. They are unreliable, untrusted meaning that their drivers would not show up to deliver your package, but they would lie on their reports saying that they came and didn’t find anybody after 7pm just because the day end on them. Unfortunately my bank used UPS has its primary carrier if I had a choice I would never used them because UPS Company is unreliable. Maria from ups Hialeah ups store was unpleasant, unprofessional and rude, and when I asked to speak to her supervisor instead she said that she was the supervisor. That sad UPS would promote someone so unprofessional and unqualified to be a customer service supervisor. I even paid extra to overnight my package and still after 4 days never received my package 😡 every time I call the 1800 number; they kept patronize me and never resolved my problem. I will never use them because UPS IS WORST COMPANY EVER TO USE IF YOU WANT A BETTER SHIPPING SERVICE!!!
