Review of Subway Order (June 25, 7:29 PM):
I recently ordered from Subway and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I paid $73 for what turned out to be a thoroughly unsatisfactory meal.
Order Accuracy:
The order included 2 Coca-Colas instead of the requested 2 Sprites and 1 Coca-Cola.
None of the 4 sandwiches were toasted as specified.
Extra sauce was indiscriminately slathered on everything, which was unappetizing and resembled a mess.
Customer Service Issues: The delivery driver had to intervene because the order was initially short by one sandwich due to a claimed meatball shortage. Instead of offering an alternative, the staff seemed indifferent.
Overall Quality: Taste-wise, the sandwiches were rated 2 out of 10, primarily due to the overwhelming and inappropriate use of sauces.
Conclusion:
This experience was far below the standard expected from Subway. The lack of attention to detail, disregard for customer requests, and unprofessional handling of inventory issues were significant letdowns. If this behavior isn’t rectified promptly, the employee responsible should be terminated to ensure better service standards are upheld in the future.
