    Visite la tienda y quedé impresionada con el servicio que recibi por David, a pesar de ser tan joven fue tan joven fue muy profesional y amable. Volvería seguro.

    I had place an order on line and went to pick it up. When I got to the store. I found out my food was not paired because subway employee Maria did not make my order and she was very rude. When I try ask about my order she rudely told me she don’t speak English, brushed me off and let me standing there. When ask to speak to manager she again ignored me like I wasn’t even there. I never felt so discriminated as being an English speaking American. The phone number to the store doesn’t work, there is no customer service number to subway to file a complaint. As born and raised full American from American parents never treat only Spanish speaking people with disrespect because they don’t speak English. This is a garbage subway I will not step inside this store again where English speaking people are not welcome.

    This restaurant hires people with zero professionalism. Me and my family went to this location to pick up an online order and the employee working there currently showed Zero care/Lack of effort on preparing the Sandwhiches as ordered on the app. When politely told what to do, He groaned and became pestered by us asking him to make sure the Sandwhiches were properly made and properly labeled. I would not recommend going to this location during Morning/Afternoon hours.

    Terrible experience with miserable, rude guy that works there. I made an online order that was finalized. When I arrived, he said the electronic system was disabled and there's nothing he can do. He did not provide any kind of solutions or advice. I asked to speak with a manager and he said there wasn't one. He was arrogant, nasty and prideful. I don't understand how someone like that could ever be in the service industy. He also acted clueless and clearly had no knowledge. I reported this incident to the subway corporate helpline. I suggest anyone else with similar experiences do the same or this place will not be able to survive with their nasty, immature, unhelpful, lazy staff.
