  100% dissatisfied with my agent. The only reason I gave 1 star is because zero wasn't an option. I canceled my coverage two days after the automatic payment because I found better coverage for $120 less per month, and never got my refund. And today I got a new bill from them.

  Had an accident in January they approved the accident have yet to try and fix the vehicle and every time I reach out I get no response except the generic text telling me somebody will get back to me. I have had to go out and buy parts to start fixing the vehicle on my own, so it doesn’t get any worse. Yay what an insurance company and as far as Claudia, I have reached out at least four times and have not heard back. Do yourself a favor and Run this is not the insurance for you. that one star is only because I couldn’t make it a half or a quarter

  Jael Leiva is amazing at customer service. She’s friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a positive attitude. She makes you feel comfortable and truly listens to your needs. Every interaction with Jael is pleasant, and she genuinely cares about providing a great experience. I highly recommend her!!!
