I was disappointed with my experience at this Subway location. The employees rushed us through the ordering process and did not give us a chance to look over the menu and decide what we wanted. It felt like we were being hurried along from the moment we stepped up to order.
My husband specifically asked for bacon on his sandwich, but it was forgotten. When he pointed it out, the employee responded by saying they didn’t hear him ask for bacon and seemed reluctant to correct the mistake. We eventually got the bacon added, but the interaction made us feel like we were inconveniencing the staff simply by asking for what we ordered.
Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, we left feeling unwelcome and rushed rather than valued as customers.

Often out of sandwich ingredients like turkey and even pickles and lettuce. Have seen managers act rudely to some guests and kindly to others. I get doing that in your personal life but managers shouldn’t act like high schoolers.

Horrible experience! There were barely any Ham, Turkey, Lettuce, pickles and olives! I always get pickles and olives on my sandwiches. Also, it’s disturbing how upper management treat the employees here. I will not becoming back here again until changes have been made.

The treatment and favoritism from upper management at this store is honestly terrible. The staff are clearly doing their best, but they constantly seem unsupported. Multiple times the store has been completely out of basic ingredients like ham, turkey, lettuce, pickles, and olives. It’s frustrating as a customer, but I genuinely feel bad for the workers because they’re trying hard with little help from management
