  Outrageous service—forcing customers to dump their own trash!I have been coming to this UPS store for a while simply because it is close to my home, even though it costs nearly twice as much as my discounted FedEx rates. After my experience today, it is officially worth driving the extra miles to FedEx.I came in to drop off an Amazon return for an incorrect order. When the employee scanned my return code, she opened the package, pulled the merchandise out, and tried to hand the empty shipping box back to me. She then literally instructed me to walk around the shopping plaza to find a trash bin behind their store to throw it away myself.UPS used to ask, "What can Brown do for you?" Clearly, this location prefers to ask what the customer can do for them. Save yourself the hassle and the attitude—go somewhere else.

  I am highly disappointed in how much this store charged me to send items back home. Unfortunately I had to send them but if I had the time and availability, I would have definately gone somewhere else. They charged me $25 to send a 2 lb small box to Boston. Being out of town with no way to print, they are taking advantage of people needing to ship home.

  A guest forgot her cellphone at my place and called me completely panicked. I found it and I went to my local UPS store where I was courteously greeted and quoted about 4-5 days to arrive. However, it arrived the following day! We were happily surprised. Best service ever!
