  The customer service was amazing. The soft spoken young man was very attractive to our needs and helped us without hesitation and in a polite and expedient way. Love the cleanliness of the store. Definitely a jewel find in my area, considering there are other similar stores.

  Do not go to this store. The staff there is very rude and the older guy will try to nickel and dime you for eveything including a piece of tape which I have never experienced at any other UPS. Find another location down the street . Dont even mention how he speaks to the other staff.No wonder they treat the customers so bad there...the gentleman placed one piece of tape on my box sideways and the item was still visible in the box.i asked if he can fix it so it doesent fall out during shipment and he wanted to charge me $5 for a piece of tape saying he is doing me a favor with the first "swipe."DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. **EDIT TO ADD* you must mistake me for another customer. My item weighed less than 1 lb.i took a photo of it in case the item fell out since it was not taped properly. Also, the ups website on the Amazon return with the barcode option says "Show the return code below on your mobile device to an associate at THE UPS STORE, who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return." Maybe you should not accept Amazon returns then. Maybe Amazon needs to know about this what you are doing. You are not doing us a favor..

  Henrique was amazing! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  Henrique is amazing! I came into the store at 6:56pm when the store closes at 7pm on a weekday and I was not turned away. He is super helpful and nice regardless of the time. Best team they have at Hallandale since all locations are ran independently. This location is 10/10 stars!
