  The person here is so desperate to make money that they are willing to charge for the label that Amazon sent you plus an extra 30cents for a copies I didn’t request. I don’t understand why they are doing this, and I was discussing it with the employee. They told me that it’s a company policy, but I didn’t ask for a copy.

  There are two workers. One of them is amazing, but unfortunately the other one is not. He seems very unhappy with his job and works carelessly. He sent me a passport photo by email that was completely blurry and unrecognizable.
