I have been having trouble with my phone. When I try to make a call, I am told that I am not registered with a network. (I am an auto pay customer and fully paid up for this month). I sought help fom AnnMarie your store representative at this store in Haines City. She is the best face of your company. She is kind, caring and professional. She has tried many options to make me happy as as Cricket customer

Mary is 😃👍. Very helpful and very friendly.I didn't like spending so much money, but she made it less painful.
I'm so grateful for Annemarie's help. She spent over three hours with me, spoke with the other company I was switching to, helped me with the financing process for a new phone, was very kind and patient, and I'm extremely thankful for her assistance. People like her should be recognized for their excellent work. Thank you Annemarie.

Being a customer of the company for at least twice now on different occasions both times having nothing more than headaches and issues with accessing my account both online over the phone and then store and then allowing other people not on the account to access and change all my security measures set in place to avoid my services being compromised by the company I'm not a happy customer with them as a whole unit in general not store location personally because the location was closed when I arrive but as a national store I'm not pleased at all
