  Update 5/28: No one from this agency has contacted me. I have cancelled with this insurance company and went with Statefarm. All I did was give them my home address and ALL drivers and ALL vehicles came up. Again Allstate rep at this agency only added 2 people in order to get a better quote. Worst customer service. If I could rate zero stars I would. Be careful getting insurance with this agency. Although we gave ALL our information of coverages and listed drivers the young lady failed to add 1 of the drivers. And gave us a quote based on 2 drivers. We feel she did that to give us a better quote and sign up with Allstate. All to get a sale. Allstate customer service with claims are terrible and have the worst attitude. Will be obtaining a lawyer for this inconvenience and negligence this agency has caused.

  My insurance agent Frank has provided me excellent service over the years. He is not only very knowledgeable but is so personable that it feels like you’re working with a family member. I highly recommend him for any insurance needs.
