I ordered two sandwiches online and came in right after. The lady working used the wrong bread and said she toasted it yet both sandwiches were cold. She said she used the wrong bread because they were out but I worked there and the protocol is to wait till they arrive then ask which bread they want. She also didn’t even tell us when she gave us the bag that she switched the bread. She also didn’t put the seasoning I asked for on it either. She also didn’t put napkins in the bag either which is common sense. On top of all this she was extremely rude.
