  For whatever the reason today on 2-25-25, the bread wasn’t fresh at the subway located at 3705 gulfbreeze pkwy. I called back to address the issue. The manager, who’s a very rude individual spoke very unprofessional and unconcerned on the phone, which then lead to a harsh exchange of words between us. The other staff at the time of visit, seemed nice and custom Oriented. Shame on you “manager”

  So, I would give less than one star, but you can't in order to leave a review. Today, a mother with 4 kids came in to order sandwiches for her and her kids, and the person working behind the counter was BEYOND rude!!! Even after the server messed up this mom's order, the mom was willing to pay for the messed up sandwich and just order a new one the way she ordered it, and the server REFUSED! She was beyond rude, and her behavior was inexcusable. The mom did ask for a manager, and the girl behind the counter responded with, "I don't know where he is, but you can leave." So, the lady did. Do better!
