  Martha called Oregon and me to get boxes delivered that would have been sent back. She was energetic, thoughtful and went above and beyond to reroute the boxes to me. She was amazing!

  Martha at the UPS store in Groveland on Hwy 50 is always very helpful, courteous and professional. Even when it’s chaotic at Christmas time she keeps her composure and friendliness. I’ve made this my preferred store.

  My wife and I use this store weekly. We have for a few years now. It’s always been a professional pleasant place for us to use. The staff is easily 5 stars, probably 6 stars. Brian Earwood.

  I’ve been going to this store for over a decade. Both Carmen and Martha greet everyone with a smile on their faces. They are so patient and will help you get whatever you needed done while having their natural upbeat attitudes. My husband and I don’t go to any other ups store.
