  Very disappointing experience at this Wingstop. Our order was incorrect, so my girlfriend called to complain and we were told to come back to the restaurant to get the missing items. When we arrived, we were told we had to wait for all the wings that were missing. We were specifically told it would only take about 10 minutes. Instead, we ended up waiting around 25 minutes. The service was terrible, and nobody seemed to care that we were being made to wait because of THEIR mistake. The manager, Jessy, did not provide good customer service or make the situation any better. We wasted a lot of our time because of error that was not ours. Mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. We expected better customer service and a much better attitude when trying to resolve the problem. Definitely not coming back to this location.

  I had such a great experience at Wingstop, and I especially want to recognize James. I believe he was the manager, and his customer service was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a strong impression just by the way they treat customers, but James definitely did. The food was great, the service was excellent, and he honestly will be one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this location. Great customer service makes a huge difference, and James absolutely deserves recognition for it. Wingstop is lucky to have him!

  We had an absolutely wonderful time here! The food was incredibly delicious, but what truly made our experience special was Lorenzo. He was amazingly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent food and outstanding customer service. We will definitely be back! 5/5 stars!
