  I came to this place, and she was the cashier girl. Very rude and utters bad words, street talk I never advise anyone to visit this place because they employ bad people like this girl.

  I can’t believe I’m giving a five star review to a Wingstop 🤣. Idk what happened in the 6 months to a year it’s been since I last ordered from here but this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Wingstop. Instead of the usual 10-20 min wait, the food was ready when I arrived (with less employees working than there used to be 🤣). I was welcomed when I came in. I’ve already forgot the lady that helped me’s name, Anne maybe, but I think it was the first time a Wingstop employee has ever smiled in my presence. The other guy that was there was nice too. All around pleasant experience. The food is Wingstop so… decent and expensive fast food. But great service I really appreciated it. Will be back. Sooner than 6 months next time.

  When I got my order, I realized several items were missing. I asked to speak with the manager, and I was introduced to James. Right from the start, James approached the situation as if he wanted nothing to do with my concerns. His attitude came across as dismissive and disrespectful instead of trying to help resolve the issue.

  My food was undercooked, and I had called to speak to a manger to figure out how to deal with the situation and when asked for a refund I was told it could not be processed back to me, and with who I was speaking too had a very rude tone of voice and frustration.
