  I called my local Cricket office on Jan 6th at 525pm at military crossing in Greenacres, Florida to ask about a replacement Motorola Android phone. The one that I received when I started service with them many years ago, is falling apart. The guy answered the phone like it was his personal cell. "Hello". I asked if this was the cricket office and got silence on the other end. We've always been happy with the cell service. Customer service not so much.

  Great costumer service. First time at Store looking to buy a a phone. Great sales associate knew extactly what i was looking for. Highly Recommend this store great Prices variety of cell phones.

  I love my new phone one problem need to pay for my phone I don't have a credit card and the store is closed do to the virus my phone is due on the 5 please I need to pay
