  Erika provided outstanding customer service during my visit to Cricket. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. She made the entire process easy, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Good customer service makes a difference, and Erika definitely delivered.   I got a new phone at a different cricket store and they did not specify that they provided an esim with my new phone. I followed directions on the smart switch app and put my old sim in my new phone and it wasn't sending messages. Ericka fixed my problem in less than 2 minutes. Helpful and straightforward.

  Customer service was good got told a couple of different stories on the same question so maybe everybody should be educated on everything that has to do with wireless phone service that people are using
