  Erika provided outstanding customer service during my visit to Cricket. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. She made the entire process easy, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Good customer service makes a difference, and Erika definitely delivered.   I got a new phone at a different cricket store and they did not specify that they provided an esim with my new phone. I followed directions on the smart switch app and put my old sim in my new phone and it wasn't sending messages. Ericka fixed my problem in less than 2 minutes. Helpful and straightforward.

  They play obnoxious music very loudly on a loudspeaker in front of the store. It’s unfitting for the area. I hope they can come up with a better way of promoting themselves.
