Certain phone providers won’t work in that store. I used to go to the one in Apollo Beach right next to the CVS and I never had any issues. We’re doing Amazon returns, but now that this one’s opened when I go for some reason, I can never get a signal and ask for help with the assistant and they’re just like I don’t know, without even following up with some type of assistance, just continue one on with their phones, like not good at all..) on their phones, how not customer service friendly

I just purchased a house off Big Bend, relocating from Tampa. I had been having to drive to a UPS Store that has a location further away. I was excited to see a sign 'New UPS Store' so close to my new house I couldn't wait to go. I wasn't disappointed. The store wasn't as crowded and was much cleaner and neater than my usual location. The employee was friendly and helpful. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in to this newly opened UPS store on Big Bend Rd by Waterset and was greeted and attended by Joe. Joe was very knowledgable about the services I inquired about. Nice and clean store! Very satisfied overall and glad to welcome them to the neighborhood!

HAPPY to see a new location near Waterset Subdivision. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE by Kevin. Very Welcoming. Very Clean location (although it's just a couple of weeks open).
