My husband and I went into the store for help with my Husband’s phone, it was dropping calls. Dylan, their sales rep greeted us warmly, and was eager to assist us with the problem. He was knowledgeable and really wanted to help us. He helped my husband troubleshoot and gave us several different options, not an instant “you just need a new phone.” After he spent probably an hour in total helping us while assisting his other customers as well, we decided to buy a new phone. He explained the options, helped us find our best option, along with finding the right case and installing a new screen protector that we purchased. Now, customers of cricket for over 2 years already, we will be staying with cricket and recommending them to our family and friends. We also need a new IPhone for our daughter and he advised us of a promotion that would save us some money. 110% effort.
