  I purchased more than $30 worth of food and was told I would have to pay for the accompanying sauce. I would have to spend money on Fries and a drink that I don't need to get ranch and not be charged. When I asked to speak with someone about my issue. I was told that I couldn't speak with anyone higher because they are a franchise so the corporate number would not apply. I had to find the corporate number myself to follow up. I am a customer that orders wingstop catering monthly for community events. They lost a customer over $1.49.

  We came from GA, their customer service was very helpful and helped us to choose the best options we could get, their food was amazing !
