  I was passing on a very treasured painting to my younger brother in New York. Fretted about the winter weather and packing, so I asked to speak to the manager. No one can control the weather, but he assured me that he'd pack it well. We'll, he did. When it arrived my brother texted me that it was packed so well, it could have been dropped from the roof and wouldn't have broken!

  I always have great interactions with the workers and owners at this location. Lovely people! I wish I could name all of you because you’re all great! I pick UPS for my small business over other carriers just because of how easy and pleasant you guys make it. Thank you guys! Pleasure doing business with you! :)

  Dropped off package yesterday. Young man at counter told me there was an internet issue but he will give me a receipt for package. Called today, left on hold 15 min and when asked about my package I was told to contact amazon. No real help here. Unfriendly attitude. This store needs to invest in a backup system for itself and train employees better attitude on phone. I DONT feel comfortable returning here.
