I've been coming to this UPS Store location regularly for the past four months, and every visit has been a great experience. The employees are consistently friendly and efficient. No matter what issue or situation I have, they're always willing to help and make sure my packages get where they need to go.
One of the biggest conveniences is how easy they make Amazon returns. They even have a self-service kiosk that makes the process quick and hassle-free.
I'd like to give special recognition to Maggie, who is an incredible employee and always provides excellent customer service. Nicholas, who often works at the register, is another standout employee. Every time I come in, he greets customers with a smile and a positive attitude. He's always kind, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your package is handled properly and gets where it needs to go.
I'd also like to recognize Alex, a bilingual employee who works incredibly hard to assist customers from all backgrounds. I've seen him make a genuine effort to communicate with people regardless of what language they speak, ensuring they can complete their tasks and receive the help they need. His dedication to helping customers feel welcomed and understood is a huge asset to the store.
Valerie may be a little loud and confident at times, but she's clearly dedicated to getting the job done and seems to run a very organized operation with her team.
I also use this location for printing services, and the print quality is always excellent. They offer laminating services as well, which I absolutely love. The finished products always come out clean, professional, and exactly what I need for my projects.

Wish I would have read the other reviews before patronizing this business. Never again! All the other locations in town rock and have standardized pricing. This owner Valerie Howard is rude as can be and making up charges. Buyer beware she’s charging a hidden $3 “computer fee” in addition to the printing per page fees when you need something printed. I frequent other UPS locations and none of them have ever charged me this extra fee. When I questioned the cashier, she apologized but then the owner came over loud and rude. I explained that it’s not right in this economy to charge hidden fees that no other locations charge. She nastily listed off excuses, none of which validated why she’s scamming people. Go to any other UPS in town.

It's okay for packing supplies and other services. I was staying from out of town to work a seasonal job and primarily in interested in renting a mailbox though. I didn't find the price range to be competitive for my needs. Ended up subscring to anytime mailbox from the parking lot in ten minutes instead.

Valerie is amazing! I was rushing to the UPS store on Sunday to make a return to Amazon after a Loooong day and grabbed to open the door to finally unload these packages and at 3:05 the door was locked. I didn’t realize they closed at 3:00 on Sundays. Valerie was there still helping a customer, and Valerie said because I only needed to use the “return kiosk” that I could go ahead and finish the return. Who lets you do that??? When an employee has worked all day all they usually want to do is get home but not Valerie, not today. Thank you Valerie!
