  Excellent experience! I came in to have some documents notarized, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The whole process was quick and easy. Truly great customer service. Highly recommend!

  The staff was polite but the pricing is insane. $1 just to tape a package thats already boxed and $3 + $0.20 per copy to print a return label. I’ve never been charged at any other UPS location — walked out and wont return.

  After reading the reviews, the cost of tape used to be a dollar, then three dollars, and when I went in for the first time the other day they had the nerve to charge me a whole 10$ for tape so that I could send back an Amazon package that I have NEVER had to do while sending an Amazon package that only requires the box. Tried to get me to pay to print out a paper (which is also grossly overpriced) when their scanner wasn’t working. Surprise, I told them to type in the code and they could instead of me having to pay, but the senior woman behind the counter seemed really annoyed because “it takes so long to type” (14 characters) and something about UPS not liking getting a code? It’s also so insanely slow in there it will be so backed up you’ll save time driving to another store. Who would have thought you can have such a bad experience in a UPS.

  Posted hours for Sunday are 10:00-3:00. They have a line of people waiting at 10:00 and the store is not open, no employees to be seen. We traveled quite a way to ship something specifically via UPS. Based on the reviews, this store owner could care less about customer service. It’s now 10:15 and I guess we’re leaving and finding another store. Wish I had read the dismal reviews for this store before we headed here.
