  The sandwich was okay. It was not the fault of the staff that so many supplies were missing. I got a discount for waiting.

  I had the worst experience tonight at 10:30pm at the SW 13th street Subway. The clerk on duty (black male) had no customer service skills at all. His attitude sucks, no smile or nothing he also threw the cheese back in the tub after he put 3 slices on my bread. I will not go back there I was so mad I had to say holy spirit activate to myself 3x. Ugh so sad.

  The employee in Subway 13th St in Gainesville Florida at this time of shift is very rude and is not fitted to work in a reputable place/store. He is very disrespectful and does not show good service to customers. I understand if employees get tired but he should make sure he is still giving good service.
